Stability testing can freeze outbound cash
Finished goods can sit in a stability window before release. Outbound cash stops. Stranded $ = hold days × daily demand $. Type those two — invent no window.
Pair: Stability hold on Stock. Cover clock: CoA release hold. Artwork: label claim hold.
What you type
Hold days — written stability / release days still open on the lot.
Daily demand $ — dollars you would ship per day once the window closes (typed from the sales plan).
Multiply. That is cash not moving. Shorten the window or cut spend that assumes the lot is free — do not invent a stability chip.
What not to do
Do not paste a “typical” nutra stability length. Do not fold CoA QA days into this field without a second export. Do not count the lot as cover. Do not pace Meta or affiliate as if the dock is open.

- Treating held lots as sellable cover.

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ
- Is this CoA release hold?
- Sibling gate. [CoA release hold](/manuals/coa-release-hold) asks whether sellable cover lasts until QA clears. This page prices a stability window against outbound demand dollars.
- Is this label claim hold?
- Different nutra clock. [Label claim hold](/manuals/nutrascience-label-claim-hold) is claim / artwork approval. This page is stability testing days before the lot may leave.
- What stability window should I invent?
- None. Type the written days from the co-man / lab calendar.
