Fill-weight fail is not coating reject
Hopper fill fails ÷ batches make fail %. Type both.
Pair: Fill-weight fail rate on Stock. Coat: coating-reject rate. Metal: metal-detect reject rate.
What you type
Fill-weight fails — Batches the Vitaquest hopper rejected on fill weight.
Batches — Batches put through that same hopper weight check.
Fail % = fill-weight fails ÷ batches × 100. Fix auger speed, tare, or target band when fail % is fat. Do not invent a fail chip.
What not to do
Do not invent fail %. Do not fold coat-pan scrap into hopper rejects. Do not paste NutraScience weight-variation onto a Vitaquest run. Do not blend SKUs when one hopper lot owns the hole.
