Coating reject is not metal-detect reject
Coat-pan scrap ÷ batch units make reject %. Type both.
Pair: Coating-reject rate on Stock. Metal door: metal-detect reject rate. Compress: tablet compress reject rate.
What you type
Coating rejects — Units the coat pan kicked before release in the Vitaquest run.
Batch units — Units that entered that same coat run.
Reject % = coating rejects ÷ batch units × 100. Fix spray, pan speed, or cure when reject % is fat. Do not invent a reject chip.
What not to do
Do not invent reject %. Do not fold metal-detect kicks into coat scrap. Do not treat pack scrap as coat reject. Do not blend SKUs when one coat lot owns the hole.
