Pixel call close wait is not MTA call close wait
On a Triple Whale pixel window, TW pixel call-lag days equal the distance from call day to sale day. Hold calls next to that distance so the window stays sized.
Pair: Call-to-sale lag on Traffic. MTA twin: Northbeam call-to-sale. Share twin: call-attribution.
What you type
Call day — Pixel stamp Triple Whale wrote when the call fired.
Sale day — Stamp when that pixel call cohort closed a sale.
Calls — Pixel-attributed calls in the cut that sit in the lag window.
TW pixel call-lag days = sale day − call day. Fat TW pixel call-lag days usually mean close-window lag on that pixel seat — chase that path; never invent a TW pixel call-lag chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing TW pixel call-lag days. Skip dumping a Northbeam MTA or Hyros call-path file into Triple Whale pixel fields. Skip folding call-attribution share into day stamps. Skip blending pixels when one window owns the hole.

Procedure
- Type call day, sale day, and calls.
- Read TW pixel call-lag days.
- Retune pixel call close windows when TW pixel call-lag days are material.
Failure modes
- Inventing TW pixel call-lag days.
- Pasting a Northbeam or Hyros lag export into Triple Whale fields.
- Mixing call-attribution share into day indexes.
Worked example
None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ
- Is this Northbeam call-to-sale lag?
- Northbeam owns the MTA clock. [Call-to-sale lag](/manuals/northbeam-call-to-sale-lag) stays on Northbeam. Pixel stamps never leave Triple Whale here.
- Is this Triple Whale call-attribution share?
- Share vs wait. [Call-attribution share](/manuals/triple-whale-call-attribution-share) divides call-attributed orders by orders. Here the readout is day-index distance.
- What TW pixel call-lag days should I invent?
- None. Source call day, sale day, and calls from one Triple Whale pixel export.
