SeamlessChex ACH re-present wins on one merchant book
Pull one SeamlessChex ACH re-present book. Count re-present wins. Divide by re-present tries. Multiply by 100 for SM retry-success %.
Calculator: Retry-success share on Payments. Hop twin: Spreedly retry-success. Soft twin: soft-decline.
Re-present book
Re-present wins — SeamlessChex ACH re-presents that cleared in the book.
Re-present tries — SeamlessChex ACH re-presents fired on that same merchant book.
SM retry-success % = re-present wins ÷ re-present tries × 100. When SM retry-success % thins out, retune the ACH re-present schedule on that merchant — do not invent a chip.
Hard stops
Leave SM retry-success % blank rather than invent. Keep Spreedly hop CSVs out of SeamlessChex re-present boxes. Keep soft-decline piles out of the win count. Keep one SeamlessChex merchant per run when that merchant owns the thin re-present book.
Related: Payments, Spreedly retry-success, soft-decline, same-day ACH fail.
