CoA lot ID can strand warehouse stock

A CoA lot ID that does not match the warehouse lot leaves those units unshippable until someone fixes the map. Type mismatch lots, units on those lots, and total units. Hold % = units on mismatch / total x 100.

What you type

Mismatch lots - count of lots where CoA ID != warehouse ID in the window.

Units on mismatch - units sitting on those mismatched lots.

Total units - warehouse units in the same window (same SKU / campus cut you care about).

Hold % = (units on mismatch / total) x 100. Clear units = total - units on mismatch. Fix the ID map or quarantine when hold % is material - do not invent a hold chip.

What not to do

Do not invent a hold percent. Do not treat dock-received as shippable when the CoA ID still disagrees. Do not fold label-claim or stability holds into this mismatch count. Do not average every SKU when one lot owns the hole.

  1. Type mismatch lots and units on those lots.
  2. Type total warehouse units in the window.
  3. Fix the ID map or quarantine when hold % is material.
