Assay fail is not potency fail
Assay fails ÷ batches make fail %. Type both.
Pair: Assay-fail rate on Stock. Potency: potency-fail rate. ID: identity-fail rate.
What you type
Assay fails — Batches that failed the NutraScience active / marker assay method in the window.
Batches — Batches tested on that same assay export.
Fail % = assay fails ÷ batches × 100. Re-check supplier lots when fail % is fat. Do not invent an assay chip.
What not to do
Do not invent fail %. Do not paste Eagle potency fails into NutraScience assay counts. Do not treat identity fails as assay. Do not blend SKUs when one lot owns the hole.
Related: Stock, potency-fail rate, identity-fail rate, heavy-metal fail rate.
