Potency fail is not stability fail
Potency fails ÷ batches make fail %. Type both.
Pair: Potency-fail rate on Stock. Stability: stability fail rate. Yield: yield loss rate.
What you type
Potency fails — Batches that failed potency in the Eagle Labs window.
Batches — Batches tested for potency in that same window.
Fail % = potency fails ÷ batches × 100. Fix blend / assay when fail % is fat — do not invent a fail chip.
What not to do
Do not invent fail %. Do not mix stability fails into potency counts. Do not treat yield loss as potency fail. Do not average every SKU when one owns the hole.
Related: Stock, stability fail rate, yield loss rate, metal-detect reject rate.
