SMS lift is not email lift on rebill
SMS lift $ and email lift $ are different piles. Channel delta = SMS − email. Type both and cohort.
Pair: SMS vs email rebill on Subscriptions. Clock: flow vs rebill clock. Dunning EV: email vs SMS dunning.
What you type
SMS lift $ — attributed rebill / save dollars you credit to SMS in the window.
Email lift $ — attributed rebill / save dollars you credit to email in that same window.
Cohort — buyers (or active MITs) in the cohort those lifts cover.
Channel delta = SMS − email. $ / buyer = delta ÷ cohort. Shift mix when delta stays negative — do not invent a delta chip.
What not to do
Do not invent channel delta. Do not mix first-order revenue into rebill lift. Do not ignore cohort size when the dollar gap looks fat. Do not treat opens as lift dollars.
