Segment size is not fresh reach
A segment can look large while stale profiles pad it. Stale % = stale / size × 100. Type segment size and stale.
Pair: Segment stale rate on Subscriptions. Suppress: suppress vs CRM. Unsubs: flow unsub cost.
What you type
Segment size — profiles in the segment for the window (export).
Stale — profiles past your written freshness gate (no open / no click / CRM inactive — whatever you wrote).
Stale % = stale / size × 100. Rebuild the segment when stale % is material — do not invent a stale chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a stale percent. Do not mix suppress-only rows into stale without splitting. Do not treat segment size as reachable sends. Do not fold flow unsubs into stale without a gate.
