Fullstack late-order share is not on-time ship miss

CalculatorFullstack late-ship share · Calculator lives in the articleOpen

FS late-order % asks how often a Fullstack order that already left the building missed the SLA calendar day. Dock-late exits go on top. Orders that physically left sit under.

Pair: Late-ship share on Stock. Promised-cut twin: on-time ship miss. Other 3PL: ShipMonk late-ship.

What you type

Late ships — Fullstack orders whose dock scan landed after the SLA calendar day in the ship week.

Orders shipped — Fullstack orders that physically left the building in that same ship week.

FS late-order % = dock-late exits ÷ left-the-building orders × 100. When FS late-order % climbs, pull the carrier pickup earlier or split the pick wave — never invent an FS late-order chip.

What not to do

Skip inventing FS late-order %. Skip pasting a ShipMonk late-ship or Fullstack on-time-miss export into these boxes. Skip treating backorders, shorts, or still-open picks as dock-late exits. Skip blending buildings when one Fullstack site owns the clock.

Related: Stock, on-time ship miss, ShipMonk late-ship, short-ship.

Procedure

  1. Type late ships and orders shipped.
  2. Read FS late-order %.
  3. Chase pick/pack clocks when FS late-order % is material.

Failure modes

  • Inventing FS late-order %.
  • Dumping a Fullstack on-time-ship-miss or ShipMonk late-ship file into these fields.
  • Counting backorders or short-ships as late orders.

Worked example

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

Glossary

FAQ

Is this Fullstack on-time ship miss?
Promised-cut miss on outbound volume vs exits that already left. [On-time ship miss](/manuals/fullstack-on-time-ship-miss) divides late ships by outbound orders. Here the base is only orders that physically left.
Is this ShipMonk late-ship share?
Other 3PL books. [ShipMonk late-ship](/manuals/shipmonk-late-ship-share) stays on ShipMonk. Type Fullstack dock times only on this page.
What FS late-order % should I invent?
None. Copy dock-late count and left-the-building count from the same Fullstack ship week.
