Fullstack short-ship is not mispick
On one Fullstack fill-gap cut, put short carts over carts that left. That is FS short-ship %.
Pair: Short-ship rate on Stock. Mispick twin: mispick rate. ShipMonk twin: short-ship rate.
What you type
Short-ships — Fullstack carts that left missing one or more line units in the fill-gap cut.
Orders shipped — Carts that left on that same Fullstack fill-gap cut.
FS short-ship % = short-ships ÷ orders shipped × 100. Fat FS short-ship % means cover or pick failed. Chase that SKU. Never invent an FS short-ship chip.
What not to do
Do not invent FS short-ship %. Do not paste a mispick or ShipMonk/ShipBob short-ship file into Fullstack fields. Do not count damage claims as short-ships. Do not mix sites when one site owns the short pile.
Related: Stock, mispick rate, ShipMonk short-ship, ShipBob short-ship.
Procedure

- Read FS short-ship %.
- Chase inventory / pick completeness when FS short-ship % is material.

- Dumping a Fullstack mispick or ShipMonk short-ship export into short-ship fields.
- Folding damage claims or rate-shop skips into short-ship counts.
Worked example
None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ
- Is this Fullstack mispick rate?
- Wrong SKU grain, not short lines. [Mispick rate](/manuals/fullstack-mispick-rate) is mispicks ÷ orders picked. This page is short-ships ÷ orders shipped.
- Is this ShipMonk or ShipBob short-ship rate?
- Sibling 3PL ledger. [ShipMonk short-ship rate](/manuals/shipmonk-short-ship-rate) and [ShipBob short-ship rate](/manuals/shipbob-short-ship-rate) read those desks. Here you only score Fullstack short-ships ÷ orders shipped.
- What FS short-ship % should I invent?
- None. Pull short-ships and orders shipped from the same Fullstack fill-gap cut.
