Reactivation is not the hold cash pile
A suspended marketplace account is not yet reactivated. Reactivate % = reactivated ÷ suspended × 100. Type both.
Pair: Account reactivation on Payments. Hold cash: account hold cash. Shapes: holdback vs reserve.
What you type
Reactivated — suspended accounts restored / cleared in the window.
Suspended — accounts that entered or sat on hold / suspension in that same window (your cohort definition — stay consistent).
Reactivate % = reactivated ÷ suspended × 100. Chase the hold reason when reactivate % is thin — do not invent a reactivate chip.
What not to do
Do not invent reactivate %. Do not mix vendor-count suspensions into seller accounts. Do not treat payout lag as reactivation. Do not ignore still-held accounts when the % looks fine.
