Reactivation wins have a cost
Offers and wins make win %. Offer cost $ times offers is spend. Type offers, wins, and offer cost $.
Pair: Reactivation win rate on Subscriptions. Skip dollars: skip vs lost margin. Reason gate: cancel reason before save.
What you type
Offers — reactivation offers sent (export).
Wins — reactivations that stuck in the same cohort.
Offer cost $ — incentive or send cost per offer (typed).
Win % = wins ÷ offers × 100. Cost per win = (offers × offer cost $) ÷ wins. Kill weak offers when cost per win is material — do not invent a win chip.
What not to do
Do not invent win %. Do not mix pause accepts into reactivation wins. Do not treat discount face value as recovered LTV. Do not average every flow when one owns the spend.
