ShipMonk replen aisle wait is not ShipBob FC replen export
Open one ShipMonk aisle restock board. For each SKU line, note when restock was asked and when the aisle actually filled. Subtract those day indexes. Park lines beside the wait so volume stays honest. That wait is SM replen lag days — ShipBob FC exports stay out of this board.
Pair: Replen lag under Stock. ShipBob twin: SB replen. Wave twin: SM wave-release.
Aisle restock stamps
Request day — Day index ShipMonk opened the aisle restock line.
Fill day — Day index ShipMonk marked that same aisle line filled / restocked.
Lines — How many aisle restock rows sit inside that open→filled slice.
SM replen lag days = fill day − request day. When SM replen lag days stretch, staff the ShipMonk aisle restock desk before you accelerate inbound — blank chips stay blank.
Refuse these mixes
Refuse inventing SM replen lag days. Refuse ShipBob FC-export CSVs in ShipMonk boxes. Refuse treating wave-release or pack-to-ship stamps as aisle request/fill. Refuse blending buildings when one ShipMonk aisle owns the board.
