ShipBob FC replen fill wait is not Fullstack replen board
On a ShipBob FC replen export, measure how long each replen line stays open. Fill day minus request day is the wait. Keep lines next to that wait so volume stays honest. The wait is SB replen lag days — Fullstack replen boards never feed this export.
Pair: Replen lag under Stock. Fullstack twin: FS replen. Wave twin: SB wave-release.
FC replen stamps
Request day — Index day ShipBob opened the replen line on the FC export.
Fill day — Index day ShipBob filled / restocked that same replen line.
Lines — How many replen lines sit inside that request→fill slice.
SB replen lag days = fill day − request day. A long SB replen lag days chip means the ShipBob FC replen desk is slow before you pace inbound — blank chips stay blank.
Refuse these mixes
Refuse inventing SB replen lag days. Refuse Fullstack replen-board CSVs in ShipBob boxes. Refuse treating wave-release or pack-to-ship stamps as replen request/fill. Refuse blending FCs when one ShipBob building owns the export.
