ShipMonk carrier-shop skip is not ShipWorks rate-shop miss
Divide shop skips by ShipMonk shipments in one warehouse cut. That ratio is skip %. Two fields only — no fee $/miss.
Pair: Rate-shop miss share on Stock. ShipWorks twin: rate-shop miss. Box twin: cartonization miss.
What you type
Rate-shop misses — ShipMonk shipments that skipped / missed the carrier rate shop in the warehouse cut.
Shipments — ShipMonk shipments in that same warehouse cut.
Skip % = rate-shop misses ÷ shipments × 100. Fat skip % usually means a default carrier override — chase that path; never invent a skip chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing skip %. Skip dumping a ShipWorks miss-plus-fee file into ShipMonk fields. Skip folding cartonization misses into shop skips. Skip averaging every warehouse when one site owns the hole.
Related: Stock, rate-shop miss, cartonization miss, cycle-count variance.
