Fullstack replen fill wait is not wave-release

CalculatorFullstack replen lag · Calculator lives in the articleOpen

On one Fullstack replen board, subtract the request stamp from the fill stamp. Keep lines beside that span so volume stays honest. The span is FS replen lag days.

Pair: Replen lag under Stock. Sibling on wave board: FS wave-release. Sibling on inbound: FS receipt-available.

Replen-board stamps

Request day — Calendar day Fullstack opened the replen line on the board.

Fill day — Calendar day that replen line filled / restocked on the same board.

Lines — Fullstack replen lines on that request → fill slice.

FS replen lag days = fill day − request day. When FS replen lag days stretch, clear the Fullstack replen queue before you pace ads — blank chips stay blank.

Hard stops

Never invent FS replen lag days. Never load wave-release or pack-to-ship stamps into request/fill boxes. Never treat inbound-putaway or dock-to-putaway days as replen fill. Never blend FCs when one Fullstack building owns the replen board.

See also: Stock, FS wave-release, FS receipt-available, inbound-putaway.

Procedure

  1. Type request day, fill day, and lines.
  2. Read FS replen lag days.
  3. Clear the replen queue when FS replen lag days are material.

Failure modes

  • Inventing FS replen lag days.
  • Dumping wave-release or pack-to-ship into request/fill boxes.
  • Folding inbound-putaway days into replen fill.

Worked example

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ

Is this Fullstack wave-release lag?
Replen request → fill vs wave cut → clear. [Wave-release lag](/manuals/fullstack-wave-release-lag) starts at wave cut. Here the clock starts when the replen line is requested.
Is this Fullstack receipt-to-available lag?
Replen fill wait vs inbound available stamp. [Receipt-to-available lag](/manuals/fullstack-receipt-to-available-lag) aligns available day against receipt day. Here you align fill day against request day.
What FS replen lag days should I invent?
None. Read request day, fill day, and lines from one Fullstack replen board.
