Retry success is not outage recover
Retries that succeed ÷ retries attempted make success %. Type both.
Pair: Retry-success share on Payment orchestration. Outage: retry after outage. Cascade: cascade fail share.
What you type
Retries that succeed — Primer retry hops that approved in the window.
Retries attempted — Retry hops attempted in that same Primer window.
Success % = retries that succeed ÷ retries attempted × 100. Retune route rules when success % is thin — do not invent a success chip.
What not to do
Do not invent success %. Do not mix outage recover into Primer hops. Do not treat exhaust rates as success share. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
