Primer refund miss is not Braintree refund miss
Ratio refund fails to refund attempts on one Primer settle export. That ratio is PR refund-fail %.
Pair: Refund-fail share on Payments. Braintree twin: BT refund-fail. Capture twin: capture-fail.
What you type
Refund fails — Primer refund requests that failed / were declined on the routed processor in the export.
Refund attempts — Refund requests submitted in that same Primer settle export.
PR refund-fail % = refund fails ÷ refund attempts × 100. Fat PR refund-fail % usually means route / token / settle state on refund — chase that path; never invent a PR refund-fail chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing PR refund-fail %. Skip dumping a Braintree or NMI refund file into Primer fields. Skip folding capture misses into refund fails. Skip blending MIDs when one seat owns the miss pile.
Related: Payments, BT refund-fail, capture-fail, void-fail.
