Kount fight wins are not Forter fight wins
Pull one Kount dispute queue export. Count won rows. Divide by contested rows. The quotient × 100 is KT win %.
Pair: Representment win rate on Chargebacks. Forter twin: Forter win. Ethoca twin: Ethoca win.
Export fields
Won rows — Kount dispute lines the queue closed as merchant-won in the export window.
Contested rows — Kount dispute lines you filed on that same queue (exclude auto-accepts).
KT win % = won rows ÷ contested rows × 100. Thin KT win % usually means the evidence pack or reason pick on that queue — fix that path; leave blank chips alone.
Guardrails
Skip inventing KT win %. Skip pasting Forter or Ethoca fight exports into Kount fields. Skip parking auto-accepts in the won pile. Skip merging Kount queues when one MID owns the loss rate.
Related: Chargebacks, Forter win, Ethoca win, rule false-positive.
Procedure
- Type closed wins and disputes fought.
- Read KT win %.
- Repair evidence pack / reason selection when KT win % is thin.
Failure modes
- Inventing KT win %.
- Loading Forter or Ethoca fight files into Kount boxes.
- Counting auto-accepts as wins.
Worked example
None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ
- Is this Forter representment win rate?
- Kount queue export vs Forter workspace. [Representment win rate](/manuals/forter-representment-win-rate) stays on Forter. Won / contested rows never leave Kount here.
- Is this Ethoca representment win rate?
- Separate CE book. [Representment win rate](/manuals/ethoca-representment-win-rate) stays on Ethoca. Kount owns every count on this page.
- What KT win % should I invent?
- None. Source won rows and contested rows from the same Kount dispute queue export.
