Pull one Ethoca Clarity intake desk. Count cases marked won. Divide by cases you actually fought on that desk. The quotient × 100 is ET win %.

Pair: Representment win rate on Chargebacks. Chargeblast twin: Chargeblast win. Chargeflow twin: Chargeflow win.

Clarity math

Won cases — Ethoca Clarity fights the intake desk closed as merchant-won in the window.

Cases fought — Ethoca Clarity fights you filed on that same desk (exclude auto-accepts).

ET win % = won cases ÷ cases fought × 100. A thin ET win % usually means the Clarity packet or reason pick on that desk — fix that path; leave blank chips alone.

Guardrails

Do not invent ET win %. Do not paste Chargeblast or Chargeflow fight exports into Ethoca fields. Do not park auto-accepts in the won pile. Do not merge Ethoca desks when one MID owns the loss rate.
