Fullstack pack-complete to ship is not staging-dwell
Open one Fullstack pack bay export. Note ship day. Subtract pack-complete day. That span is FS pack-to-ship lag days. Keep orders on the export so volume stays honest.
Pair: Pack-to-ship lag on Stock. Staging twin: FS staging-dwell. Pick twin: FS bay-lag.
Pack bay fields
Pack-complete day — Day Fullstack finished packing the order on the pack bay export.
Ship day — Day Fullstack handed that order to the carrier on the same export.
Orders — Fullstack orders on that pack-complete → ship slice.
FS pack-to-ship lag days = ship day − pack-complete day. When the lag fattens, clear the pack→carrier queue before you buy more inbound — never invent a blank chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing FS pack-to-ship lag days. Skip loading staging-dwell or pick-to-ship stamps into pack-complete/ship boxes. Skip treating hold-to-release days as pack-to-ship. Skip blending FCs when one Fullstack building owns the pack bay export.

FAQ

- Pack-complete clock vs pick-hour clock. [Pick-to-ship lag](/manuals/fullstack-pick-to-ship-lag) starts at pick. Here the clock starts when pack completes.
- What FS pack-to-ship lag days should I invent?
- None. Source pack-complete day, ship day, and orders from the same Fullstack pack bay export.
