Chargeblast fight wins are not Chargebacks911 fight wins
On one Chargeblast representment cut, score closed wins against disputes fought. That ratio is CB win %.
Pair: Representment win rate on Chargebacks. Intake twin: Chargebacks911 win. Chargeflow twin: Chargeflow win.
Desk counts
Closed wins — Chargeblast fights marked won in the representment cut.
Disputes fought — Chargeblast fights filed in that same cut (skip auto-accepts).
CB win % = closed wins ÷ disputes fought × 100. Thin CB win % usually means packet or reason selection on that desk — repair that path; leave blank chips alone.
Stops
Leave CB win % blank rather than invent. Keep Chargebacks911 and Chargeflow fight files out of Chargeblast boxes. Keep auto-accepts out of the win pile. Keep one Chargeblast desk per run when that MID owns the loss rate.
