Hop paths can drop CPA credit
Multi-hop redirects can drop CPA credit. Leakage % = hop-path sales ÷ total sales. Leakage $ = hops × CPA. Type hop-path sales, CPA $, and total sales.
Pair: Hop count vs CPA on Traffic. Click ID: click-ID coverage. Extra posts: postback dedupe.
What you type
Hop-path sales — sales that went through multi-hop redirects and lost CPA credit (typed from the network).
CPA $ — payout per credited sale.
Total sales — all sales in the same window (denominator).
Leakage % = hops ÷ sales. Leakage $ = hops × CPA. Fix hop chains or accept the leak — do not invent a leakage chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a leakage percent. Do not mix click-ID misses into hop-path sales without splitting. Do not use a different window for hops and total sales. Do not ignore CPA $ when comparing two offers.
