Open disputes share one deadline clock. Each evidence pack costs hours. Late % = cases you cannot finish before the door closes. Type hours available, pack hours per case, and cases.

What you type

Hours available — staff hours left before the network / processor deadline for this stack.

Pack hours / case — hours to assemble one complete evidence pack (typed from your last packs — not a vendor claim).

Cases — open cases that still need a pack in that window.

Completable = floor(hours available ÷ pack hours), capped at cases. Late cases = cases − completable. Late % = late ÷ cases. Triage or add hours when late % is material — do not invent a pack-time chip.

What not to do

Do not invent pack hours. Do not mix alert SLA hours into representment deadline hours. Do not count a half-built pack as completable. Do not ignore case count when one pack looks “quick.”
