| Discount | Percent of gross sales the schedule names. May already bundle interchange, assessments, and auth. | Fee |
| Interchange | Card-brand pass-through for clearing. Separate only on interchange-plus. | Fee (pass-through) |
| Assessments | Network set fees, also pass-through, not the same as interchange. | Fee (pass-through) |
| Auth | Per authorization. Declines still get billed when the schedule is per attempt. | Fee |
| AVS | Address check. Not a promise the card is good. Often a per-check line. | Fee |
| Batch | Daily settlement / batch header. An account fee, not a card-brand fee. | Fee |
| Monthly minimum | Floor on the processor’s own fees when volume is low. Type 0 if this schedule has none. | Fee (floor) |
