ShipMonk mispick count is not pick-accuracy cost
SM mispick % = mispicks ÷ orders picked × 100 on one ShipMonk mispick cut.
Pair: Mispick rate on Stock. Cost twin: pick accuracy. Damage twin: damage-claim.
What you type
Mispicks — ShipMonk orders that shipped the wrong SKU or quantity in the cut.
Orders picked — Orders completed on that same ShipMonk mispick cut.
SM mispick % = mispicks ÷ orders picked × 100. Hot SM mispick % usually means slot or pick-path drift — chase that station; never invent an SM mispick chip.
What not to do
Do not invent SM mispick %. Do not dump a damage-claim or pick-accuracy-cost export into mispick fields. Do not fold cartonization misses or rate-shop skips into mispick counts. Do not blend warehouses when one campus owns the wrong-pick pile.
Related: Stock, pick accuracy cost, damage-claim, slotting miss.
