ShipBob mispick dollars vs ShipMonk mispick dollars
On one ShipBob FC pick window, each mispick burns AOV $ plus reship $. SB mispick cost $ = mispicks × (AOV + reship).
Pair: Pick accuracy cost on Stock. ShipMonk twin: pick accuracy. Rate twin: mispick rate.
What you type
Mispicks — Wrong-pick / wrong-SKU ship events in the ShipBob FC window.
AOV $ — Average order value on those mispicked orders (or replacement goods $).
Reship $ — Label / pick / pack cost to correct one ShipBob mispick.
SB mispick cost $ = mispicks × (AOV + reship). A fat SB mispick cost $ usually means slotting or pick-path lag at that FC — chase that aisle; never invent an SB mispick cost chip.
What not to do
Do not invent SB mispick cost $. Do not pour a ShipMonk pick-cost or Fullstack mispick export into ShipBob fields. Do not fold mispick-rate % into dollar fields. Do not blend FCs when one aisle owns the hole.
