Fingerprint miss is not review overturn
Fingerprint misses ÷ auth attempts make miss %. Type both.
Pair: Device-fingerprint miss rate on Chargebacks. Review: review overturn rate. Auto-block: auto-block overturn rate.
What you type
Fingerprint misses — auths where Kount could not resolve a device fingerprint in the window.
Auth attempts — auth attempts scored in that same window.
Miss % = fingerprint misses ÷ auth attempts × 100. Fix device / script coverage when miss % is fat — do not invent a miss chip.
What not to do
Do not invent miss %. Do not mix manual-review overturns into fingerprint misses. Do not treat velocity parks as fingerprint misses. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
