Forter block-stack CB bleed is not false-positive cost
Divide FP chargebacks by blocked orders on one Forter block cut. That ratio is FP-CB %.
Pair: False-positive CB rate on Chargebacks. Dollar twin: false-positive cost. FN twin: false-negative CB rate.
What you type
False-positive chargebacks — Chargebacks on Forter-blocked seats that stamped as false positives in the cut.
Blocked orders — Orders Forter blocked in that same block cut.
FP-CB % = false-positive chargebacks ÷ blocked orders × 100. Fat FP-CB % usually means over-tight block rules bleeding good demand into disputes — chase that path; never invent an FP-CB chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing FP-CB %. Skip dumping a false-positive-cost AOV export into FP-CB fields. Skip folding missed-fraud FN CBs into the FP numerator. Skip blending MIDs when one block rule owns the bleed.

- Folding missed-fraud FN CBs into the FP-CB numerator.
