Ethoca covered seat is not Ethoca live-MID seat
ET seat-gap % = (enrolled MIDs − covered MIDs) ÷ enrolled MIDs × 100 on one Ethoca seat-cover roster. Uncovered = enrolled − covered.
Pair: Alert-coverage gap on Chargebacks. MID-alert twin: Ethoca alert-seat. Chargebacks911 twin: seat-gap.
What you type
Covered MIDs — Enrolled Ethoca seats that already take alerts in the roster window.
Enrolled MIDs — Ethoca enrolled seats in that same roster.
ET seat-gap % = (enrolled − covered) ÷ enrolled × 100. When ET seat-gap % runs fat, seats are enrolled but not wired for alerts — wire them; never invent an ET seat-gap chip.
What not to do
Do not invent ET seat-gap %. Do not dump an Ethoca live-MID alert-seat roster or Chargebacks911 seat file into Ethoca covered/enrolled fields. Do not fold RDR-coverage or Clarity-timeout into seat-cover gaps. Do not blend brands when one MID owns the hole.

- What ET seat-gap % should I invent?
- None. Pull covered MIDs and enrolled MIDs from the same Ethoca seat-cover roster.
