Alert fees must beat CB dollars avoided
Alert fees can exceed chargeback $ avoided. Net $ = CB $ avoided − alert fees. Type both.
Pair: Alert fee vs CB $ on Chargebacks. Ticket EV: alert refund vs fight. Dupes: alert duplicate rate.
What you type
Alert fees $ — alert / RDR / reseller fees billed in the window.
CB $ avoided — chargeback dollars you credit as avoided by those alerts in the same window (your definition — stay consistent).
Net $ = CB $ avoided − alert fees. Kill or retune enrollment when net is negative — do not invent a net chip.
What not to do
Do not invent net $. Do not mix fight costs into alert fees without saying so. Do not double-count refunds as CB avoided. Do not ignore fee pile when alert count looks “cheap.”
